Philosophy
La collezione filati rappresenta la prima esperienza nata dall’incontro tra i mastri vetrai e la matita di Enzo Berti.
Il vetro nella collezione diventa un filo che, accostato e sovrapposto ad altri fili di vetro, crea un effetto cromatico e tattile unico. Si ha la percezione di accarezzare un tessuto, si sente la morbidezza del vetro in un intreccio di colori che richiamano Venezia: il blu delle case di Burano, il rosso delle facciate dei palazzi che si affacciano sui canali, i colori caldi del Lido e il verde della laguna.
La fusione di ogni colore è unica e irripetibile, come lo è Venezia e ogni oggetto che nasce all’interno di un laboratorio artigiano.
Anche le forme della collezione si lasciano ispirare dalla storia di Murano, creando un ponte tra le origini e una nuova visione del vetro.
La collezione filati presenta una nuova tecnica di filatura del vetro, sviluppata in esclusiva e regolarmente depositata, che utilizza circa 500 metri di filato siliceo per ogni singolo vaso e circa 120 metri per ogni singolo bicchiere prodotto.
The filati collection represents the first experience born from the meeting between the glass masters and Enzo Berti’s pencil.
The glass in the collection becomes a thread that, juxtaposed and superimposed on other glass threads, creates a unique chromatic and tactile effect. You have the perception of caressing a fabric, you feel the softness of the glass in an intertwining of colors that recall Venice: the blue of the houses in Burano, the red of the facades of the buildings overlooking the canals, the warm colors of the Lido and the green of the lagoon.
The fusion of each color is unique and unrepeatable, as is Venice and every object that is created within an artisan workshop.
Even the shapes of the collection are inspired by the history of Murano, creating a bridge between the origins and a new vision of glass.
The filati collection presents a new glass spinning technique, developed exclusively and regularly deposited, which uses approximately 500 meters of siliceous yarn for each individual vase and approximately 120 meters for each individual glass produced.
Segola
Rappresenta una forma ancestrale che l’umanità continua a riproporre: Jung lo definirebbe un archetipo. La forma di Segola si ispira ai primi manufatti in terra-cotta e si immerge nella tradizione della soffiatura del vetro che trova nella forma a cipolla una delle sue prime creazioni in vetro. Segola diviene quindi custode delle nostre esperienze più profonde.
It represents an ancestral form that humanity continues to propose: Jung would define it as an archetype. The shape of Segola is inspired by the first terracotta artefacts and immerses itself in the tradition of glass blowing which finds one of its first glass creations in the “onion shape”. Segola thus becomes the guardian of our deepest experiences.
Fiasco / Fiasco grando
Nome di origine veneta che racchiude la forma in cui da sempre l’uomo ha custodito la bevanda donata da Dioniso all’umanità. La forma lineare di Fiasco racchiude l’idea che la semplicità sia custode per eccellenza di ogni bene prezioso.
Name of Venetian origin that contains the form in which man has always kept the drink given by Dionysus to humanity. The linear shape of Fiasco contains the idea that simplicity is the guardian par excellence of every precious asset.
Vaso grando / Vaso medio / Vaso basso
Collezione dalle linee essenziali che si ispira agli animi che si intrecciano tra loro come i filamenti di vetro di cui sono composti, richiamando la perfetta complementarietà dell’esperienza umana, che si fonde in un unico elemento.
Collection with essential lines that is inspired by the souls that intertwine with each other like the glass filaments of which they are made, recalling the perfect complementarity of human experience, which merges into a single element.
