Memmo è una brezza primaverile tra le calli di Murano.
Il brand affonda le sue radici nella storia millenaria dell’isola, dove ancora oggi si tramanda all’interno della fornace l’arte di soffiare il vetro e allo stesso tempo rappresenta una realtà che ha saputo guardare oltre, cercando nuove tecniche che potessero far incontrare la rigidità del vetro con la morbidezza e il calore dei tessuti.
Ancora una volta il designer veneziano Enzo Berti ha stimolato la ricerca di armonia non solo a livello estetico ma anche produttivo, rimettendo in discussione certezze millenarie e dimostrando che ancora molto si può creare e raggiungere.
Memmo is a spring breeze through Murano’s streets.
The brand has its roots in the millenary history of Venice, where the art of glass blowing is still handed down inside the furnace and at the same time represents a reality that has been able to look beyond, searching for new techniques that could bring together the stiffness of glass with the softness and warmth of fabrics.
Once again the Venetian designer Enzo Berti has stimulated the search for harmony not only on an aesthetic level but also on a productive level, calling into question millenary certainties and demonstrating that much can still be created and achieved.

La collezione filati rappresenta la prima esperienza nata dall’incontro tra i mastri vetrai e la matita di Enzo Berti. Il vetro nella collezione diventa un filo che, accostato e sovrapposto ad altri fili di vetro, crea un effetto cromatico e tattile unico. / The filati collection represents the first experience born from the meeting between the glass masters and Enzo Berti’s pencil. The glass in the collection becomes a thread that, juxtaposed and superimposed on other glass threads, creates a unique chromatic and tactile effect.
Cuciti
La collezione trae ispirazione dall’idea che il vetro possa essere cucito come un tessuto in cui creatività e ricerca di armonia accostano colori, lavorazioni ed effetti che vengono cuciti insieme con un filo di vetro. / Collection inspired by the idea that glass can be sewn like a fabric in which creativity and the search for harmony combine colors, processes and effects that are sewn together with a glass thread.
Balze
Collezione che si ispira al mondo dei tessuti, come per le altre collezioni Memmo.Venezia. Le balze conferiscono alle vesti carattere e unicità, solitamente sono fasce colorate, di tessuto diverso, che vengono poste alle estremità come ornamento. / Collection that is inspired by the world of textiles, as with other Memmo.Venezia collections. Ruffles give the garments character and uniqueness; they are usually colorful bands of different fabrics that are placed at the ends as ornamentation.
